Rehman Malik

Rehman Malik gets trolled for sharing photos of adult stars as anti-CAA protestors

Who doesn’t know former minister Rehman Malik? The Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP)’s senator has always remained in the news for his statements and his acts. This time he landed himself in the hands of social media users who left no stone unturned to troll the minister.

Rehman Malik was approached by an Indian on social networking site Twitter who tagged him in one of his tweets in which he had posted pictures of 3 adult stars. The user Akshay wrote to the minister that these influential actresses from the Indian film industry are in solidarity with Indian Muslims opposing Citizenship Amendment Bill. He wrote:

“@SenRehmanMalik sir, influential actresses from Indian regional films are in solidarity with Indian Muslims opposing Citizenship Amendment Bill by wearing Hijab. Salute to them. Modi will resign soon.”

The politician didn’t even bother to look at the pictures and pressed the retweet button and shared the post of the Indian guy with his comment “May God Bless Her”. Seems Rehman Malik only looked at one photo and that’s why, he wrote ‘her’ instead of ‘them’. But who cares!

Only thing to worry about is that our senior politician has shared the post that carries picture of Mia Khalifa, yes, the famous Mia Khalifa. Though the American adult star has left the porn industry, but the world still knows her. Anyway, the politician deleted the tweet after realising his mistake.

However, the netizens were quick to take the opportunity to troll the former interior minister. Some had a good laugh while reading Akshay’s post and Rehman Malik’s comment on his post, while some criticised the minister for sharing the content without verification. Have a look at some of the trolls on the minister’s tweet.
