Only few weeks after announcing to quit the showbiz industry to preach Islam and follow the righteous path towards Allah, Hamza Ali Abbasi seems to reconsider his decision and wants to make more content.
The former actor enjoyed the remarkable success of drama serial Alif, which was his last project and he left the industry. In a video message, Hamza said that he was thinking about quitting the film and drama industry of Pakistan for a long time and Alif helped him in choosing the right path.
“This [decision] is based on 10 years of research and during this time, I have worked on correcting myself which itself was a struggle,” the Pyarey Afzal actor said.
He further added that he will try to shape his life in accordance with Islam. Hamza Ali Abbasi also held that he will make content that would not be unethical or bold in any way.
However, in a recent interview, the Jawani Phir Nahi Aani actor seems to have changed his mind. When Hamza was asked if he was going to make any content in future, he said that he was planning to do more projects like Alif, which will help people coming closer to Islam.
“Alif changed my life. And I want to help other people to change their lives too. I want to do more projects [like Alif] and want to bring people closer to religion and Allah,” he said.
Hamza continued: “I had thought Maula Jatt would be my last project, but there were things I had to do. I had decided to dedicate my life to spreading the message of Islam, and Alif is the first step in that because it has the message of Allah.”
Hamza Ali Abbasi entered showbiz with super hit drama serial Pyaray Afzal. The drama was a big hit and earned him a lot of fame. After that, he was offered many projects and he went on to do Mann Mayal.
