Pakistani actor, model and host Fahad Mustafa was trolled on social media after posting a tweet on his official account, urging the parents to stop their children from using the music/fun app TikTok.
Fahad, who hosts Jeeto Pakistan, a game show from ARY Digital, tweeted an advice for the parents to bar their kids from using the app following the shocking death of a 16-year-old kid from Sialkot who accidentally shot himself while recording a TikTok video.
“To All the parents out there plz keep your kids away from this tik tok bullshit it’s not healthy. Entire nation is busy doing nothing .#DoSomethingProductive,” the actor wrote in his tweet on Monday.
Unfortunately, Fahad, who might have expected positive response and praise from the social media users, found himself in a controversy instead. He was trolled badly by his followers and other netizens who also targeted his game show [Jeeto Pakistan] and said that his show also doesn’t do anything productive, therefore, people should also boycott the show.
Here’s how the social media users responded to the Actor In Law actor’s tweet.
This user was quick to target Jeeto Pakistan and said that if TikTok was not the place for people, than ARY Digital’s game show also isn’t the place to waste the time.
It is worth mentioning that the show that Fahad Mustafa hosts has been criticised in past for humiliating people by inviting them to play foolish games. People from all age groups are open to participate in challenges that are sometimes embarrassing. But the people accept the challenge just because they are offered prizes like gold, motorbikes, home appliances or Hajj/Umrah tickets.
Not only this, the show host [Fahad Mustafa] also makes fun of the those who attend the show and participate in any game.
