Coke Studio: Sahir Ali Bagga, Aima Baig take Dhola to a new level

As episode 4 of Coke Studio began today, the melodious duo Sahir Ali Bagga and Aima Baig took the stage of Season 12 to a whole new level by singing new song Dhola.

Coke Studio Season 12 started with Pakistani singing superstar Atif Aslam’s Hamd ‘Wohi Khuda Hai’ that touched the hearts of millions of Atif as well as Coke Studio fans. The new version was loved by music fans in Pakistan and the rest of the world including India and the United Arab Emirates.

After that, many other singers including legendary classical singer Ustad Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Ali Sethi, Shahzad Ali, and Fazal Abbas joined the stage and displayed their performances.

Now, the performance by Sahir Ali Bagga and Aima Baig started ruling hearts of thousands of Coke Studio fans within three hours from the release on YouTube.

Song description

The Coke Studio describes the song as a conversation between two companions who have vowed to love each other.

” Returning to #CokeStudio12 in Dhola, Sahir Ali Bagga and Aima Baig celebrate the joy and vulnerability of being in love in a conversation between two companions who have vowed to be give each other their hearts,” wrote Coke Studio in the description of the song on YouTube channel.

Dhola singer, Sahir Ali Bagga, in the BTS video, said that he enjoyed singing with Aima Baig and he hopes she also felt the same. Bagga called the song a mixture of Punjabi and Siraeki languages that are spoken in northern parts of Punjab province.

Bagga hoped that the song will win the hearts of his fans and hoped that he will get same love for this song like his previous releases including Baazi and Malang. Sahir Ali Bagga and Aima Baig had earlier sung these two songs for Coke Studio and they were totally amazing!
